Payment Policy

  1. We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal, checks and money-orders.
  2. We collect 7% Indiana Sales Tax on orders shipped within Indiana.
  3. Shipping is included for free.

Return Policy

  1. 14 day Money Back Guarantee on all unopened, unused, and unbroken items.  Items must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  2. Items returned incomplete, damaged or in any way different from it’s original condition, will not be credited, because I can no longer sell that item.  If it is defective, there is a one year warranty through EnerPlex on their products. Please contact us for more instructions.
  3. Buyer pays for shipping
  4. Contact us before returning to be issued a RMA. Please include and return with original packing slip.
  5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days once payment has been received and cleared (Except on weekends and holidays).
  2. Special order items may take longer to ship and will have the handling time in the listing.
  3. If items are purchased after 3 pm EST orders will go out the following da.y
  4. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
  5. Items shipped to P.O Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
  6. Shipping times do depend on where you’re located,  and transit times are controlled by the carrier themselves. Generally delivery times fall within 2 to 9 days.
  7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – please contact us for orders going to international addresses.  Buyer is responsible for Customs, VAT, and Import duties and taxes and are not included in the item’s listing price.
