U.S. Senate bill could give Tesla, GM electric car tax credit boost | Reuters

This is really not what it indicates, they will phase it out in a few years.  Why is there a limit of 200,000 electric cars only being allowed the credit?  What is going on.  WE NEED ELECTRIC AND SOLAR CARS NOW!
